14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To request a refund, contact us at anthonyd4him@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Eligibility
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- We may ask for your order number, photos, or a brief explanation so we can review the request properly.
- Because UpLift Lymphatic Drainage Drops are a consumable wellness product, we may not require the product to be returned unless we specifically request it.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at anthonyd4him@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked final sale are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.
