These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through shopuplift.store.

Products

UpLift sells wellness products, including UpLift Lymphatic Drainage Drops. Our products are intended for general wellness support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to make the purchase and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Product prices, offers, availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel orders affected by those errors.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of our policies.

Shipping and delivery are handled according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible orders are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, bundles, and limited-time offers may be changed, paused, or ended at any time. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders unless we choose to make an exception. Promotional offers have no cash value.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
